What is a ``Headshot``?

A “Headshot” is photographed from chest up and close to the subject. The light-setup stays the same for a consistent look. In a “Portrait” Session, there is the creative part of a photo-shoot with variations like full-body-shots, different light-setups and backgrounds.

You will get an online selection to pick from a range of different styles, classic to modern. This will be the best for your marketing of your brand or company.

The Session

I photograph studio sessions or on location in Amsterdam. Feel free to bring a variety of clothing. We will shoot different looks. Reviewing and discussing the pictures will help to make the right decisions and shoot extra photos to complete your range of varieties.
You will select afterwards from a web selection-gallery and pay only for the selected ones.

Booking & Payment

Feel free to contact me directly per message or contact form for your individual shooting. In case you book an on-location shooting, I will send you within 3 working days an individual quote. After your shooting you will receive an invoice with bank transfer.

Please note that a cancellation is possible 48h until your appointment. In case you don’t cancel, 50% of the total cost will be charged.

Clothing

Please take your time before shooting for choosing 2 or 3 outfit ideas.  We can re-arrange them, but it is better than bringing a mix.
Depending on your Business, think about what you really like to wear & what you would wear while work or auditioning. More „earth tones“. White shirt, grey, black or warm tones in common. Avoid strong colors that irritate eyes. Coat, leather jacket – what you prefer. Bring all your glasses in case you wear some. Maybe one casual outfit and additional more elegant and one of your choice. Women: avoid jewelry to a minimum, only simple necklaces.There is a steamer in the studio.

Makeup & Styling

MakeUp Women: If you would like to book a MakeUp-Artist or Stylist, please write a message (extra fee). If you do it for yourself please stay naturally with clean simple look. For men there is a service available too (extra fee) for the best results. If you decide to stay without MakeUp, a digital retouch will be done.

Hair Men & Women: For your hair please be ready like you would present yourself. If you need assistance, feel free to write a message before shooting and book a Hair-Stylist (extra fee). Beard Men: Please come ready shaved to the photo-shooting. You can decide to trim it anytime shorter or shave it completely after we did some pictures as well if you like.
